TREATMENT FRAMES / DESIGN
We tried different variations of the iconic Boost brand colours - Red, Black, White and Yellow.
Another consideration were the graphics printed on the Mug, as the overall film needed to reflect the same graphic language.
The animation is 2D hand-drawn frame by frame animation.
We aimed at dynamic shots to capture the thrill and energy of the game and the players. Here's a process breakdown of the production. Special attention was given to the 2D FX to add some fiery speed to the ball and hits.
